· Promoting and strengthening the process of accelerating the development of knowledge-based economy within the framework of laws, regulations and upstream documents
· Creating and strengthening the innovation ecosystem, completing its components and circles, and strengthening its institutional infrastructure
· Supporting the creation, empowerment, and development of knowledge-based corporations and institutions
· Developing and commercializing the country's strategic and necessary technologies within the framework of the comprehensive scientific plan of the country

· Strengthening the relationship between higher education institutions, research and technology with industrial, economic and social sectors and improving the institutional infrastructure required to carry out this mission
